· High school assessment week is January 20th-24th. Students must be present if an assessment is scheduled and need a medical note if absent. The schedule is as follows:
o Monday morning period 1 assessment
o Monday afternoon period 2 assessment
o Tuesday is a study day with no classes for high school students
o Wednesday morning is period 3 assessment
o Wednesday afternoon is period 4 assessment
o Thursday is a study day with no classes for high school students
o Friday morning is period 5 assessment with no classes for high school students in the afternoon
o All grade 9 students will be writing their English Language Proficiency Assessment (ELPA) on Monday morning. This is a provincial assessment that is a requirement to pass for graduation. Students should take it very seriously. Grade 11-12 re-assessments take place either Wednesday or Friday. All students have been told what day they write.
