Welcome To Our Page

Atlantic Association of Registrar’s and Admissions Officers (AARAO) upcoming events

Students may be thinking about:

Ø  What will life look like this fall on university and college campuses?

Ø  What options are available as alternatives or compliments to universities and colleges?

Ø  What are the ‘next steps’, whether in grade 12 and making final decisions, or in grades 9, 10 or 11 planning ahead?

To help answer such questions and more, AARAO is offering our three (3) public virtual events next week and welcome all students and their supporters to attend – click the links below to register:

March 29, 6:30-8pm

March 30, 6:30-8pm

One of our goals is to help students pursue their dreams in attending post secondary education. Each year we give a bursary to a student (DRHS and AQV) who excels academically and who also is involved in school and community activities. Family income is also a factor as it is usually an obstacle in the final decision to attend a post secondary institution.

Application for this bursary closes on May 21, 2021

Selection is based on the following criteria:

·  Family income

·  Academic scores

·  School activities

·  Community activities

·  Hobbies and sports

This is a $1000.00 bursary for ONE year. The cheque will be issued after the Rotary Club of Dalhousie receives   PROOF OF ATTENDANCE  and  CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT of second semester.

See attached documents.

Oulton College will be hosting an information session about all of their programs, admissions requirements, finance, etc.

Date: Tuesday, March 30th at 6pm.
