Hi Everyone, I hope you are all doing well. Sorry I'm posting so late this week, I have been having tech issues. Hopefully this will get to you.
Below you will find two pdf attachments with reading assignments, that include a reading with questions to answer. If you are able to, you can instead go to www.commonlit.org/en/enroll and use code: YN87DK. This will bring you to the reading assignments. You can complete them online and submit them.
Also, continue on with activities from the bingo card originally posted.
In addition, please read for 30 minutes every day and participate in 30 minutes of physical activity.
We hope you stay well. We miss you. Remember you have our emails, if ever you want to drop us a line!! take care

Hi Everyone,
Please find below a Bingo Card that includes activities for English Language Arts. The activities include skills for reading, writing, speaking and listening. The goal is that each week you try to complete one line (horizontally, vertically or diagonally). In addition, the District is recommending that you should be reading a minimum of 30 minutes a day, and doing 30 minutes of physical activity a day.
Another option for students is to keep a daily journal. You can use words, pictures, quotes, create a video, etc., that journals your day. Some ideas to journal about include: How are you feeling? How are you spending your days? What do you miss? Who do you miss? How are you coping with isolation? Have you done any good deeds?
If you have any questions you can email me at jennifer.talbot@nbed.nb.ca
Have a good week :)
