The Council of the Village of Eel River Crossing has four $250 scholarships to offer graduating students attending post-secondary school in the fall. The draw will be done in June.

The registration form must be received before May 15th at the municipal office in Eel River Crossing. 

Carefully review the conditions and regualtions governing this award (refer to attached application).

The criterion: Applicant must have attended JRS, award is based on financial need and reasonable achievement in HS, & award is tenable at any post-secondary institution including Community College or University, providing attendance is full-time.

Application Deadline: June 1st; submit application to the guidance counselor

Value: $1,000.00

Criteria: Graduate must be attending college to further their studies in an education program; a suitable candidate will be selected if no student meets the criteria. 

Submit information outlined on the application form with your application to the guidance counselor

Deadline: May 24th~ submit application to the guidance counselor

4th or 5th in line academically and financial need

Application should include current transcript of marks and report card updated until 2nd semester mid-term (April 30th) of the application year.

Personal statement describing your future aspirations and how your choice of post-secondary education will aid in reaching your goals.

Stipulation: Must be attending NBCC, CCNB or the New brunswick College of Craft and Design in the fall.

Criteria: Academic Record (40%), Involvement in Extracurricular Activities (30%), Finanicial Need (30%)
