The Board of Directors of the Port of Dalhousie Inc. is pleased to be offering a five-hundred-dollar ($500) scholarship to one of the graduating students from Dalhousie Regional High School.

Deadline for the Applications: June 07,2021

The Scholarship will be awarded to one student attending a Post-Secondary Institution and continuing their education in Business.

The Council of the Village of Eel River Dundee has four $250 scholarships to offer to 12th grade students from Eel River Dundee continuing their postsecondary education this fall. The draw will be done during the first regular meeting in June. 

All personal information will be kept confidential. Any incomplete form will be rejected. Only one form by student is allowed. We must receive this form before May 15th

The council of the Village of Charlo offers two $300 scholarships to grade 12 students from the Village of Charlo who will be continuing their post-secondary education this fall. The draw will be done at council’s special meeting in June. All personal information will be kept confidential. Any incomplete form will be rejected. Only one form per student will be accepted. The properly completed form must be received prior to the 2nd Friday of the month of May.

Opportunities NB (ONB) is committed to creating opportunities to help talented people stay in New Brunswick. This award is focused on helping New Brunswick students live and work in the province.

To apply, you must complete the survey (see: https://onbcanada.ca/nb-proud-awards/) and submit a short video that answers this question:

The year is 2041 and you’re living your best life in New Brunswick.  What is your future career and how you are contributing to the success and economic growth of the province?

The award is open to Canadians and newcomers to Canada who have completed high school in New Brunswick during the 2020-21 academic year and have been accepted into any post-secondary program offered in the province.

All video submissions must:
  • accompany a completed application form.
  • be received electronically before 11:59 pm on Sunday, May 16, 2021 (Deadline Extension: due by end of day on May 31st)
  • strictly follow these guidelines
  • be accessible and shareable through a url or web link.  (uploading your video to YouTube, Google Drive, or other platform will create the required url.)

ONB will present 12 awards valued at $1,000.  A committee will review all video submissions. Awards are not renewable or transferable.
